Why most digital twins disappoint
You followed the platform guide. Watched the tutorials. Searched for the right settings. And the avatar still looks wrong.
Lip-sync slightly off. Eyes drifting. A halo around the hair. Or the upload just failed with no explanation.
This is not the platform's fault. Digital twin systems process whatever footage you give them. They cannot fix footage shot with the wrong codec, in shifting white balance, or with lighting that confuses the background removal algorithm.
Three failed HeyGen creation attempts triggers an account-wide ban. Most people find this out after it has happened to their client.
